Role Overview

We seek a highly motivated, detail oriented professional to join the Project Management team. The Project Manager is responsible for managing and executing multiple data collection research projects in a fast-paced environment and for deepening client relationships in a client-facing role. Oversight of the organization of consumer research studies includes the recruitment of respondents, client interface, daily assessment/reports and cost analysis and final billing.

Responsible for all duties related to the execution of focus groups, home use tests and central location tests.

The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator who has a passion for developing relationships with teammates and with clients. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and will have exposure to market research through their academic experience or relevant internship or work experience in marketing research or related area.

Primary Role Functions

  • Manage, under supervision, data collection projects, ensuring successful completion, on time and on budget
  • Assess project specifications and organize approach and processes for research studies
  • Schedule and coordinate internal resources including programming and recruiting staff
  • With assistance, develop recruit strategies, both domestic and global, to recruit the highest quality respondents
  • Oversee recruiting of studies per the client's specifications
  • Communicate daily with clients, project team and recruiting/sample sources
  • Create and deliver status reports and data to clients

  • Ability to creatively assess study needs and recruitment methodologies
  • Ability to manage problems by understanding issues and determining solutions
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Word and Excel

  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include either day or evening hours as needed
  • Experience with social media
  • Bachelor's degree required
