The journey started in 1978 when we began business life as a Philadelphia field location for a major market research company. In 1991 Jane Reckner, our founder, purchased the business and incorporated it as J. Reckner Associates, Inc. focusing the business on data collection for the Philadelphia MSA. Since then we have grown exponentially by adding services to meet our clients' needs. Today we have over 300 employees dedicated to our clients’ research needs.

The Institute for Sensory Research
consults with clients to develop sensory programs;
