Barbara
Ogrizek is Director of Reckner
facilities. Barbara’s career in the market
research data collection business started
in 1980 with Reckner. Her tenure encompasses
all areas of market research: from mall
facility manager to field director. Currently
Barbara leads the business development efforts
of Reckner’s five Impulse “Top Rated” facilities,
specializing in consumer and medical qualitative
and quantitative research. Barbara’s clients
regard her as THE expert in methodology,
timing, and logistics for all aspects of
data collection. She also serves on the
Executive Board of First Choice Facilities,
a network of owner operated Focus Group
facilities across the U.S. Professional
affiliations include MRA, CASRO, and PMRG.
Barbara has a BS in Education from Indiana
University of PA. In her spare time Barbara
loves to garden and hike, as well as anything
that has to do with nature and the outdoors.

Dan Salbreiter
has over seven years of marketing research
experience. He leads the 50+ member operations
team responsible for studies taking place
in Reckner’s Oak Creek, Wisconsin facility.
In addition to extensive experience in all
modes of recruiting, study execution, staff
training and development Dan provides high-touch
service to his clients, taking the time
to understand their unique situation and
goals to ensure a successful project and
positive experience in his facility. Dan
holds a B.S. in Communication and Public
Relations with a minor concentration in
Marketing from UW Eau Claire. Dan spends
most of his free time with family—although
it isn’t unusual to find him camping, hiking
and fishing throughout all seasons.

Gina Cassel
is the Senior Vice President of Operations
for Reckner. Her responsibilities include
the overall management of all of Reckner’s
data collection facilities, project managers
and support staff. Gina has been in the
market research industry for 26 years. Seventeen
years have been spent on the data collection
side of the business, working with both
medical and consumer clients. In addition
to her years in data collection, Gina spent
eight years working as a field director
for a full-service medically focused research
firm. Gina has extensive experience in both
qualitative and quantitative research logistics
which enables her to lead her teams in creatively
and successfully completing projects for
all of Reckner’s clients. Gina holds a Bachelors
Degree in Marketing from West Chester University,
West Chester, PA. Gina enjoys the water
and is an avid boater. You will find her
most weekends floating on the Chesapeake
Bay.

Jason Gamber
is our Executive Director, Quantitative
Healthcare Research Services. Jason has
over a decade of experience in quantitative
healthcare operations in both full service
and data collection. He manages the Quantitative
department, which includes Project Management,
Programming and Sample. Jason has expertise
in every mode of quantitative pharmaceutical
research, both in the United States and
internationally. His broad knowledge of
therapeutic areas and years on the client
side of full-service research enables him
to provide clients with insightful project
solutions. Prior to joining Reckner, Jason
spent many years at a leading market research
and consulting agency, working closely with
industry respected researchers. Jason has
a B.S. in Marketing from Drexel University
and his professional affiliations include
membership in the Pharmaceutical Market
Research Group (PMRG) and CASRO (Council
of American Research Survey Organizations).
Jason enjoys cooking, fishing, waterfowl
hunting, and spending time with family.

Jeff Histand
is the Vice President of Reckner Healthcare.
He has over 13 years of experience in marketing
research, qualitative and quantitative data
collection, operations management, and client
development/satisfaction. Jeff’s in-depth
knowledge of the complexities of pharmaceutical
and healthcare data collection allows him
to help clients think through all the details
and achieve the results they need to make
intelligent business decisions. Jeff's professional
affiliations and interests include PMRG,
PBIRG, and EphMRA. Jeff is an avid professional
sports fan, especially teams based in Philadelphia.
He also enjoys family outings, golf, and
travel.

Michael Georgianna
joined the Reckner team in 2007 and is responsible
for managing the daily operations of Reckner’s
Center City Philadelphia facility at 1600
Market Street. He effectively interfaces
with clients and research project management
staff to ensure quality study execution.
As well as being an integral part of Reckner,
Michael is an active member of MRA, Philadelphia
Chapter where he currently serves as Secretary.
Before joining Reckner, Michael worked as
Marketing Manager and then Director of Operations
for GlobalFit and was an Account Manager
for the corporate imaging and design firm
Desgrippes Gobé and Associates in New York
City. Michael is a graduate of Rutgers College,
Rutgers University with a double major in
Economics and Computer Science. “Sculling
on the Schuylkill!” is Michael’s favorite
outdoor activity. He also enjoys running,
biking and rollerblading. When indoors,
Michael likes to cook for his family, neighbors
and friends. Everyone always says you’ll
never go hungry in his house.

Peter Grubb has more than 14 years of marketing research experience. He leads the 150-member operations team responsible for studies in our Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey and Wisconsin facilities. In addition to extensive experience in all modes of recruiting, study execution, physical plant design, as well as staff training and development, Peter provides high-touch service to his clients, taking the time to understand their unique situation and goals. This approach ensures a successful project and positive experience in any Reckner facility. Peter holds a B.A. in Psychology from Juniata College. Peter enjoys camping, fishing, the beach and watching his kids play sports. Pete is also our Executive Chef for company picnics and cookouts.

Peter Reckner
is the Sr. Vice President, Reckner Healthcare.
Peter has over 18 years of experience in
marketing research data collection spanning
across many industry segments. For the past
several years, Peter has specialized in
pharmaceutical and healthcare research.
Over his career, Peter has worked in account
management, operations management, IT, and
data processing with an expertise in technology-based
research. Peter has extensive experience
surveying a wide range of audiences across
a variety of methodologies and geographies,
both in the US and internationally. He has
collaborated with clients on project design
and methodology to provide the most insightful
results. Peter is a member of CASRO (Council
of American Research Survey Organizations)
and Pharmaceutical Market Research Group
(PMRG).

Sandy Schoeffling’s
career encompasses over 18 years of marketing
research and data collection experience.
Prior to her tenure at Reckner, Sandy held
positions as a Quantitative Field Supervisor,
Staff Trainer, Qualitative Project Manager
and Facility Manager for Mars Research.
During her ten years with Reckner, she has
been the Mount Laurel, NJ facility manager
and has overseen the facility’s project
management team. Sandy’s reputation is built
on a thorough understanding of best practices
with a central focus on customer satisfaction.
She excels at managing projects across a
diverse range of industries including pharmaceutical,
technology, sensory, financial, construction
and food service. Her team has been a recipient
of the industry standard Impulse Survey
of Focus Facilities “Top Rated” award for
the past eight years. Sandy enjoys cooking
and creating healthy recipes using all natural
foods, reading whodunit mysteries and taking
long walks with her best friend, husband
Tom.

Susan Phillippe is the Director
of Reckner Healthcare. Over the past fifteen
years, Susan has overseen 1500+ quantitative
projects with physicians, allied healthcare
professionals and consumers with ailments.
Her depth and breadth of experience is recognized
by clients and colleagues who consider her
one of the top experts in quantitative medical
data collection. Susan offers operational
consultative expertise to clients and is
an expert in domestic and international
quantitative medical recruiting practices
and management, and online data collection.
Her professional affiliations include PMRG,
PBIRG, CASRO and EphMRA. Susan is a huge
sports fan, traveling yearly to the NCAA
Women’s Basketball Final Four. She is a
fan of Sudoku and enjoys bowling weekly
in a league. A major part of Susan’s life
is adopting retired racing greyhounds and
providing them with their forever home. |
