Qualitative research is highly dependent on the correct respondents being recruited and participating. It all starts with a top notch screening questionnaire. Our project teams will review your screeners and make recommendations if necessary to insure the "right" respondents are scheduled for your groups. Or, we can prepare screeners based on the respondent specifications you provide.
Your project manager will provide you with recruiting reports that include term and tally status and scheduled respondent information. You will receive those reports per your specification.
Recruiting can be handled by local facilities or via our central telephone
operation. We have expertise in recruiting from client lists or can
recruit from our databases. An example is our US Cooperating Medical
Professionals database which has 310,000 + up to date and current
records.
