Incentive Payment Policy

Each survey invitation will state the incentive amount, which will be paid to all those who qualify for and fully complete the study.

For any incentives less than $150, you will have three options*

1. Visa Digital Reward Card or
2. Visa Physical Reward Card (mailed to you)
3. Digital Gift Card from Amazon

For any incentives $150 or more, you will have four options*

1. Visa Digital Reward Card
2. Visa Physical Reward Card (mailed to you)
3. Digital Gift Card from Amazon
4. Bank deposit via ACH (Automated Clearing House, aka Direct Deposit)

*In some instances, Reckner is required to pay incentives by Bank Deposit via ACH (Automated Clearing House, aka Direct Deposit) ONLY. You will be notified of this prior to completing a study.

Incentives are usually paid within two to three weeks after study completion.

When we process the incentives for the study that you completed, you will receive an e-mail from with the subject line: Your Reckner Incentive for Study Reference #xxxx is here!

The email will contain a "Redeem" button that, when clicked, will take you to the Tremendous Rewards website. There you will be able to choose your incentive payment option.

• If you choose a Digital Card (Visa or Amazon), you will receive a second email containing your virtual reward. That email will be sent within a few minutes of your redemption.
• If you choose a Physical (mailed) Visa Card or ACH Direct Bank Deposit, you will be redirected to a page where you can submit your address or banking information. Please allow 5-10 days for mailed rewards and 2-4 days for bank transactions. Click here for more information regarding Physical Visa Card redemption.
