Senior Vice President
Gina has more than 30 years' experience in the research industry, with extensive knowledge and expertise on the data collection side of the business, working with healthcare, pharmaceutical and consumer clients. In addition, Gina also spent several years working as a field director for a full-service, medically-focused research firm. Gina has extensive experience in both qualitative and quantitative research logistics which enables her to lead her teams in creatively and successfully completing projects for all of Reckner's clients.
PETER GRUBB
Executive Director
Peter has more than 20 years' market research experience. Peter oversees business development and key client relationships for Reckner Research, in addition to supervising the operations teams at several key locations. He has extensive experience in all modes of recruiting, field management, study execution and physical plant design. Peter provides high-touch service to his clients, taking the time to understand their unique situation and goals. This approach ensures a successful project and positive experience in any Reckner facility.

ANGELA TINGWALD
Facility Manager
Angela leads the Reckner Milwaukee facility and has nearly 15 years' research experience. With expertise in all facets of the data collection process, Ange successfully manages the daily operations of the facility and works with the Project Management team to ensure successful recruiting and execution of studies. She also has a background in Human Resources which enables her to successfully direct staffing contracts for our clients.
CLAUDIA PARRINGTON
Facility Manager
Claudia manages the Reckner Harrison facility and has worked in the market research industry for more than 20 years. With extensive experience across multiple research settings, Claudia has served in management roles in mall research, shopper labs and private research facilities. Her past responsibilities include facility execution for all qualitative and quantitative research, staff management, programming and database management.
LEANNE VANDIVER
Facility Coordinator
Working in market research for more than 20 years, Leanne has held several administrative and client service positions, including phone room management and focus group coordination. A true "people person," she is adept at working with internal teammates, clients and panelists to ensure studies are executed successfully. Known for her efficiency and energy, Leanne brings exceptional organization and communication skills to every project.
SHELLEY CARLSON
Project Director
Shelley brings nearly 15 years' worth of experience to her role as Project Director. With past responsibilities in recruiting, client service and project management, Shelley has extensive knowledge of the entire research process from phone room to on-site implementation. Always eager to help, Shelley is praised by her clients for her attention to detail and desire to have open dialogue across all of her projects.

Senior Project Manager
Working at Reckner since 2006, Holly has held several positions in the research field, including telephone recruiter, CLT staff, client service associate and hostess. Her in-depth experience gives her a broad knowledge base across all kinds of studies and contributes to her ability to remain calm and thorough throughout even the most complex projects. Her clients also value her ability to identify creative solutions and to communicate clearly and honestly.

Project Manager
Starting as a recruiter in the phone room in 2006, Carmen has consistently proven herself as an integral part of the Reckner team, eager to pitch in wherever she is needed.
