Survey Programmer, Entry Level

Role Overview

We seek a highly motivated, detail-oriented person to join the Programming team. The Survey Programmer is responsible for programming on-line surveys for healthcare and consumer research projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical, analytical and problem solving skills and will be passionate about delivering the highest quality work.

Training on Decipher (a market research survey platform) will be provided.

Primary Role Functions

• Program surveys utilizing the Decipher platform
• Manage data and deliverables and develop custom features
• Work closely with the Project Management team to ensure that client needs are understood
• Ensure that programming is accurate and delivered by the deadline

Background, Skill Set and Orientation

• Proficiency with HTML and CSS
• Experience with the following a plus: JQuery, Python
• Strong technical, analytical and problem solving skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and time management with a particular focus on quality
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to think logically
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced deadline-oriented environment
• Team oriented
• Understanding of market research a plus
