Overview
Reckner is in search of a self-motivated, detail-oriented person to join our Healthcare Sample Department as a part of our Panel Team. As a member of the team you will be responsible for the day-to-day sample management of multiple market research studies while leveraging the industry's most robust and responsive healthcare professional panel. The Project Manager will actively and directly manage all sample aspects of each project, to ensure successful completion, on time and within budget, while exceeding client expectations.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Manage projects through the entire project life cycle including: Fulfillment of RFQs, Client management, Sampling/Invitation protocol, Invoicing
- Coordinate assigned projects to ensure all involved parties understand project specifications, client needs, timelines, and responsibilities
- Setup and testing of portaling/re-portaling techniques, preparing and deployment of sample, responding to respondent inquiries, honorarium fulfillment
Applicants should have the following skills/abilities:
- Must have at least 2-3 years' experience in sample-related project management, preferably in the healthcare field
- Must be a self-motivated individual with exceptional time management, organizational skills, and possess a keen attention to detail
- Must have the ability to manage multiple online research projects accurately and on-time in a fast-paced environment where deadlines and other changes occur in real time
- Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Must have the ability to work independently and in a team environment to successfully meet study specific and departmental objectives
- General knowledge of various survey platforms (CfMC, Confirmit, Qualtrics) preferred
- BS degree preferred
