The Market Research Assistant position is in the Blueberry division of Reckner. Blueberry is a marketing and sensory research company specializing in innovation pipeline research. Blueberry works with many Fortune 500 companies in the personal care, household care, food and beverage and consumer healthcare industries.
Position Description:
We seek a highly motivated, detail oriented professional to join the Quantitative Research team. Reporting to a Research Manager, the Research Assistant will support several phases of market research studies including project execution, data analysis and final reporting.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology or Sociology and will have relevant internship or work experience in marketing research or related area.
The ideal candidate will be organized, an effective communicator and have a passion for developing relationships with teammates, vendors, and clients.

Primary Role Functions
- Assist in the management of multiple projects, ensuring successful completion, on time and on budget
- Oversee recruiting of studies per the client's specifications
- Collaborate with recruiting, sample, and field vendors to recruit the highest quality respondents
- Collaborate with programming team to ensure accuracy of programmed survey
- Communicate daily with field sites
- Collaborate with data processing team on study deliverables
- Ensure that data is accurate for client reports and assist in report development
Background, Skill Set and Orientation
- Bachelor's degree required
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a particular focus on managing details
- Sophisticated written, verbal and graphical communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple accountabilities simultaneously
- Ability to create and maintain excellent relationships with field sites/other project vendors
- Ability to manage problems by understanding issues and determining solutions
- Demonstrated proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Positive and team oriented
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Some marketing research experience preferred
- Relevant internship experience preferred
- Hybrid; Based in Chalfont, PA; some travel required
