Part-Time Client Service Assistant

Location: Harrison, NY

The schedule fluctuates (morning/afternoon/evening as needed) up to 28 hours per week depending on client's needs.

Candidates must be available to be scheduled to work between the hours of 7:00 am and 10:00 pm.

Schedules are determined in advance. Hours could be early morning to late evening or afternoon to evening shifts.

Responsibilities

  • The Client Service Assistant role provides services and support for our clients and respondents. This includes set up for consumer research tests, working directly with respondents and clients during test execution, and break-down/clean-up of testing space
  • Managing the needs of clients
  • Greeting respondents and clients up on arrival
  • Audio/visual recording of the research sessions
  • Administrative duties; answering phones, making copies/scanning and uploading files

Requirements

  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to successfully meet clients' needs and expectations
  • Typing proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) required with the ability to quickly learn new technologies
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Requires ability to walk for extended periods of time and bend, lift, reach regularly
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and time management skills, and demonstrated attention to detail
  • High school degree or equivalent work experience in market research or customer service
  • Must possess high-energy and exhibit professionalism
  • 1-2 years of Customer Service is preferred
